Evervia is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.
1. Shipping Coverage
Evervia currently delivers orders across most locations within India. Our logistics partners cover a wide range of serviceable pin codes. However, there may be certain remote areas where delivery services are temporarily unavailable.
At present, Evervia ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future as we expand our operations.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed by the Evervia team for dispatch. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 hours on working days.
During sale periods, public holidays or high order volumes, processing time may be slightly extended.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customers will receive shipping updates and tracking details once the order has been shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, Evervia will share a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your shipment through our logistics partner.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
In rare situations, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, logistics partner issues or regional disruptions. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
